The Amalfi Coast is a stretch of coastline along the southern edge of Italy’s Sorrentine Peninsula, in the Campania region. It’s a popular holiday destination, with sheer cliffs and a rugged shoreline dotted with small beaches and pastel-colored fishing villages. The coastal road between the port city of Salerno and clifftop Sorrento winds past grand villas, terraced vineyards and cliffside lemon groves.
If you are staying at Hotel Marmorata, this is quite easy as they offer a shuttle service to Ravello, Amalfi and Minori.
If you are staying in Ravello or somewhere else, of course the easiest way is by taxi. But you might spend 50-70 euros per transfer. The SITA Bus, is a great option to travel also around the coast. For more information please visit their website: https://sitasudtrasporti.it/
-
The Salerno Costa d'Amalfi Airport is the most proximal airport to the coast, however, it is a brand new, local airport.
We recommend to either fly to Rome (FIUMICINO) or the Naples International Airport (Napoli-Capodichino) which serves the main international gateway airport to reach the area from abroad.
Notes:
Prices and availability are subject to change based on booking dates and time of travel.
Check current schedules and prices for trains and ferries closer to your travel date.
Consider booking flights and accommodations in advance to get the best deals.
Uber is not available in that region.

Also known as Doug’s Hotel. His people will take good care of you here.
Hotel Marmorata is the only hotel in Ravello located on the water. It has a “beach club” where you can lay out by the Mediterranean or even hop in. It also conveniently has a shuttle that goes up the mountain to the main part of Ravello that would otherwise cost around fifty euros.
Its easy to get to and also easy to get around from here. For these reasons, it’s our top choice hotel for our guests… plus, our Welcome Party will be here July 7th!
Ravello Rooms
3-Star Hotel
~$120
A 3-Star hotel with nearly perfect reviews, we’ve seen the prices on this hotel get as low as $100, but you’ll have to get them quickly.
Located in the heart of Ravello, it’s up on the mountain and requires some walking to get to (you can’t drive in the heart of the town). With its small, cute feel paired with it’s incredible views you can’t go wrong with this one. There are plenty of boutique shops and good resturants nearby to give you plenty of things to do before the wedding.
Caruso Belmond
5-Star Hotel

Caruso Belmond is top of the line in both quality and price. You’ll be wowed immediately by the lobby and customer service. Remember how we said cars aren’t allowed in Ravello? Well Caruso has their own private drive. If you are looking to ball out on this trip, Caruso is the way to go.
Hotel Villa Froulo
Every room in Villa Froulo comes with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from up on Ravello. For the price, it doesn’t get much better than this. But, they don’t have many rooms, so get them while you can!

Air B&Bs are all over Ravello and Minori. These are a great alternative to hotels and are often really good deals. We will have ways to transport you up to Ravello for the wedding should you choose to stay in Minori.
